| Check In/Out Time |
Check in time is at 4 p.m. Check out time is at 11 a.m.

| Cancellation Policy |
Cancellations must be made 7 days before your arrival date. We withhold the right to cancel any reservations. A cancellation due to owner's request will result in a full refund.

| Refunds |
Every effort will be made to ensure that all equipment is in good working order. In the event of mechanical failure, we will make every diligent effort to rectify the malfunction as promptly as possible. The owners are not obligated to give replacements or refunds in the event of failure or absence of any item, or for any public utility including satellite or cable television service.
No refunds will be given for early departure for any reason, including inclement weather.

| Smoking Policy |
All cabins are smoke free. Guests are asked to smoke outside only. Please make sure to dispose of cigarettes & cigars properly.

| Fireplaces |
Firewood is provided for both rentals. Extreme care should be given in starting a fire, being sure the damper is open, and closed when fire is completely out. Never spray water or other liquids into the fireplace. Do not use fireworks. Please do not leave cabin while fireplace is burning. Do not toss hot wood into yard of cabin.

| Telephone Service |
All cabins have a private telephone for guests. Local phone calls are free. Long distance calls are blocked. Prepaid calling cards or other calling cards with 1-800 access is accepted. Guests will be notified of the phone number of their cabin for incoming calls.

| Damages |
Upon arrival, please report any damages or housekeeping issues immediately. Guests assume full responsibility for damages incurred after arrival, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from rental units due to negligence or other actions on their part. This includes damage to cabin, linens, towels, and or other furnishings.
